The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Mohamed Fadhel Kraiem, is resigning from his post of Chairman and director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Kraiem for his loyal service and wished him success for his future endeavours.
Mr. Faker Hnid, who already acts as a non-executive director of the Company shall be appointed interim Chairman until the majority shareholder appoints a new Chairman to replace Mr. Kraiem.
