COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces that Mr. Reuben Attard holder of identity card number 24879M currently residing at 328, Triq il-Linja, H'Attard, will be appointed as Chief Finance Officer of the Company with effect from 1st of October 2019. Furthermore the Company announces that Mr. Reuben Zammit has extended his term of his employment to the 30th September 2019.

Mr. Attard is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, operations, and business development across banking, financial services, hospitality, and real estate.

Mr. Attard, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, will be joining GO from the Corinthia Group, where he currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Group's international hotel and real estate development arm. Before joining Corinthia Group, Mr. Attard held various positions within Deutsche Bank's Finance and Regional Management corporate divisions and held the office of Chief Country Officer and CEO of the Bank's strategic investments, fund custody and treasury operations in Malta.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Attard that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
