The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority.

The Company announces that Mr. Arthur Azzopardi, holder of Identity Card number 374173(M) and residing at 36, Triq Sir Temi Zammit, Mtarfa is being appointed as Chief Officer – GO Business with effect from 1st January 2019.

Mr. Azzopardi currently holds the position of Chief International, Wholesale and PMO Officer within GO plc. He succeeds Ing. Christian Sammut who has been tasked with the remit of leading BM IT Technologies plc as Chief Executive Officer, as GO seeks to dispose up to 49% of its shareholding in BM IT through an Initial Public Offering of the Shares.

Mr. Azzopardi, has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, 12 of which in the telecoms industry which he gained while working within different areas within the GO Group in Executive Management positions. He joined the Group on the 15th May 2006 and over the past years, Mr Azzopardi played a role in the execution of Corporate projects at GO.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Azzopardi that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
