COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority.

The Company announces that Mr. Kelvin Camenzuli, holder of Identity Card number 228674M residing at 'Ten', Triq Hali, Zebbug has been appointed as Chief Digital Officer with effect from the 1st day of October 2018.

Mr. Camenzuli will be joining GO from the MeDirect Group, where he currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer of the Group, with the responsibility for the banking group's technology function across its operations in Europe. Before joining MeDirect, Mr. Camenzuli held various senior management positions within the GO Group. Between January 2013 and June 2015 he occupied the position of Chief Technical Officer of GO Plc where he was responsible for GO's Network Infrastructure and Core Operations.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Camenzuli that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
