COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that it has held its Annual General Meeting earlier today, during which all the Ordinary Resolutions on the agenda were unanimously approved.

The Company further announces that the following were appointed / elected to the Company's Board of Directors:

Mr. Fadhel Kraiem – Chairman Mr. Faker Hnid Mr. Jamel Sakka Mr. Mohsin Majid Mr. Paul Fenech Mr. Paul Testaferrata Moroni Viani Mr. Deepak Padmanabhan Mr. Sofiene Antar

Mr. Deepak Padmanabhan will be replacing Mr. Saviour Baldacchino as a Board Director. He resides at Villa No. 10, Street 5, Emirates Hill, P.O. Box 73000, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Padmanabhan is the Chief Executive Officer of Emirates International Telecommunications, LLC (EIT), an investment company in the TMT sector across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. EIT is a fully-owned subsidiary of Dubai Holding.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Forthnet S.A., a leading broadband operator in Greece, and Board Director of Tunisie Telecom and Axiom Telecom. He is also the Chairman of Malta Properties Company p.l.c. (MPC), a leading developer and administrator of premium commercial properties. Established in 2016, MPC was initially a fully owned subsidiary of GO p.l.c. (previously an EIT portfolio asset).

Prior to his current assignments, Mr. Padmanabhan acted as Chairman of GO p.l.c between 2010 and 2016. He was also the former Chairman and CEO of SmartCity Malta, a joint venture between SmartCity Dubai and the Government of Malta.

He has over 30 years of experience in the telecom industry, during which time he was responsible for developing various data communication services and the setting up of related business units for Etisalat, a telecommunications company in the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Deepak Padmanabhan is an Honours Graduate in Electronic Engineering and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Communications and Networks. He is also a Certified International Board of Director from INSEAD, France. He is an alumnus of IMD Switzerland, INSEAD France and recently completed the Oxford Real Estate Program at the University of Oxford Business School.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Deepak Padmanabhan that require disclosure under the Listing Rules.
