The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Pierre Debrincat holder of Identity Card number 426866M currently residing at 16, Canfor, Triq il-Muskatell, Attard, Malta will be appointed as Interim Chief Finance Officer of the Company with effect from 1st of February 2018.

Mr. Debrincat, a qualified accountant, has been with the Company in various Senior Management positions for the past eighteen years. Since 2007 he has occupied the position of Senior Manager Financial Control. Mr. Debrincat is a reliable senior professional with the right credentials to manage the day to day function and ensure the business continuity of the Finance Department.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Debrincat that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
