The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Antonio Ivankovic holder of Croatian passport number 108707870 currently residing at 1188 Mission Street, 94103 San Francisco, California, USA will be appointed as Chief Customer Experience Officer of the Company with effect from 1st of January 2018.

Mr. Ivankovic is a senior telco expert with international experience in marketing and sales, corporate strategy, digital and customer experience. Prior to his appointment with the Company Mr. Ivankovic held the position of Senior Manager, Partnering and Business Development at Deutsche Telekom Inc., USA with the responsibility for discovering new and innovative partnering opportunities for Deutsche Telekom Europe. Mr. Ivankovic also held the position of Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Excellence EU (Deutsche Telekom) as well as Senior Manager, Segment Marketing at Deutsche Telekom AG in Germany. He also held various other senior positions with a number of telco companies both in Germany and Croatia.

Mr. Ivankovic holds a Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Ivankovic that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
