The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Philippe Jean Montourcier, holder of French passport, 15FV07329, residing at Rue de Syphax 2070 La Marsa, Tunisie has relinquished his post of Director of the Company with effect from the 28th November 2016.

The Company further announces that Mr. Mohsin Majid, holder of British passport, 761296459, residing at 310, Al Nakheel 3A, The Greens, Dubai, United Arab Emirates has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company in his stead with effect from the 28th November 2016

Mr. Majid is currently the Deputy CEO of Tunisie Telecom, the leading telecom operator in Tunisia offering fixed and mobile services. Mr. Majid also serves on the Boards of Tunisie Telecom, Malta Properties Company and Forthnet. Previously, he led strategy development and investment projects at Emirates International Telecommunications, LLC ("EIT"). Earlier in his career, Mr Majid spent several years as a strategy consultant at Analysys, advising telecom and media companies, investment banks and regulators on strategy and policy issues. He studied Manufacturing Engineering at Cambridge University.

There are no matters concerning the newly appointed director requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
