COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Reference is made to the Company announcement issued on the 6 May 2014 regarding the appointment of Mr. Saviour Baldacchino as Director of the Company.

Mr. Baldacchino is an engineer by profession. He was employed by Maltacom plc between 1985 and 2000. During his tenure he occupied various managerial posts. He was involved in the setting up of the first satellite earth station, pioneered information technology, formed part of the business development advisory team, and was entrusted with the setting up of the national paging system. He also served as director at Maltanet Ltd.

Following Maltacom, he was approached by the private sector to set up a new internet service provider which he led as CEO until 2004. Since then, he operated in the private practice as a management consultant. Mr. Baldacchino was appointed visiting lecturer at the University of Malta for a number of years and acted as external expert for various EU projects. In 2005, he was honoured with the best ICT professional lifetime achievement award.

Mr. Baldacchino is currently serving on a number of public boards in line with his engineering profession. He is the immediate past president of the Chamber of Engineers and co-representative of civil society on the Malta EU Steering and Action Committee (MEUSAC).

There is no matter concerning Mr. Baldacchino requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 8.16.3 to 8.16.8.
