The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Kelvin Camenzuli, holder of Identity Card number 228674M has been appointed as Chief Technical Officer with immediate effect.
Mr. Camenzuli residing at 5, Olive Court, Triq it-Trill, Qawra, joined Data Stream Ltd on January 1st 2001 as a Product Executive and subsequently took up the post of Technical Director at Multiplus Ltd (GO plc subsidiary). Since February 2009, as Senior Manager Video and Network Operations at GO, Mr. Camenzuli was responsible for Video Networks and Network Operations.
There are no other matters concerning Mr. Camenzuli that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
