COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Arthur Azzopardi, holder of Identity Card number 374173M has been appointed as Chief Corporate Strategy and Business Development Officer with immediate effect.

Mr. Azzopardi residing at 36, Sir Temi Zammit Street, Mtarfa MTF1140, joined the Company on 1 November 2006 as a Programme Director within the Transformation Office. Mr. Azzopardi was subsequently assigned within the Transformation, Regulatory and Legal Affairs division. Since December 2008, as Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & Innovation, Mr. Azzopardi was responsible for Corporate Strategy & the Project Management Office.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Azzopardi that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
