The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Markus Golder, holder of Swiss passport F1985166 has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer with effect from Monday, 16 th July 2012.

Mr. Markus Golder has over 18 years of international business experience in the telecommunications industry. He has previously served as Business Segment Director and Acting Chief Marketing Officer with Nawras, the challenger full-service provider in the Sultanate of Oman. His responsibilities included Commercial Planning, Market and Customer Intelligence, Product and Segment Management, Pricing, Marketing Communications, Customer Relations, Branding, Corporate Affairs and Business Sales.

Before Nawras, Mr. Golder served as Marketing Director and member of the Executive Management Team of BTC, the incumbent operator in Bulgaria, tasked to reduce fixed line churn and to boost broadband growth.

From 2000 – 2006, Mr. Golder was Marketing Director with Sunrise, the largest challenger full-service provider in Switzerland. He was the driving force behind the launch of sunrise' convergent wireline and mobile services, its initiative to cut time-to-market, and the introduction of a state-of-the-art CRM environment.
