The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that, earlier today, it held its Annual General Meeting during which all the proposed resolutions on the agenda were approved.

The Company further announces that the following were appointed / elected to the Company's Board of Directors:

Mr. Lassâad Ben Dhiab – Chairman Mr. Sofiene Antar Mr. Paul Fenech Mr. Faker Hnid Mr. Azmi Lahmar Mr. Mohsin Majid Mr. Deepak Padmanabhan Mr. Norbert Prihoda

The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Testaferrata Moroni Viani for his years of service and welcomed Mr. Majid to the Board of Directors. Mr. Majid is currently the CEO of Malta Properties Company p.l.c. ("MPC"). Prior to his appointment at MPC, Mr. Majid served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Tunisie Telecom, a leading telecom operator in Tunisia, where he was responsible for commercial and financial activities. Mr. Majid has also held a number of Board roles at various telecom companies including GO p.l.c., Topnet, Nova Telecommunication S.M.S.A (Greece), Axiom Telecom, Interoute, Mattel and Tunisie Telecom. Mr. Majid started his career in telecom strategy consulting in Cambridge, UK. Mr. Majid holds B.A. and M.Eng degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Majid that require disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
