Resignation of Director

Investment Summary

• ASX listed African‐focused resources company (ASX:GBE)

• 100% interest held on projects in Malawi including niobium, graphite and rare earths

• Malawi Kanyika Niobium project in feasibility optimisation

Directors and Management

Globe Metals & Mining (“ Globe ” or “ the Company ”; ASX:GBE) advises that Ms Shasha Lu has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Company would like to thank Ms Lu for her valuable contributions to the development and implementation in strategic positioning, corporate governance and faithful dedication to the Board during her time as a director.

Resolution 3 for the re‐election of Ms Lu on the Notice of Meeting for the AGM being held 28 November 2014 will no longer be on the agenda.
