ASX Announcement
16 March 2026
Investor Roadshow and Project Update
Globe Metals & Mining Limited (ASX: GBE) ( Globe or Company ) is pleased to announce an investor roadshow and project update.
The Company confirms that the updated Bankable Feasibility Study ( BFS ) for the Kanyika Niobium Project is in the final stages of preparation. The updated BFS incorporates refinements to engineering design, operating parameters and capital estimates and will provide the technical and economic foundation to support the Company’s financing strategy and progression toward development of the project.
The Company expects the updated BFS to be submitted to the ASX and released to shareholders by the end of March 2026.
As part of the Company’s ongoing investor engagement program, management recently held meetings with potential investors, strategic partners and industry participants across key global financial centres to advance financing, strategic partnership and potential offtake discussions for the Kanyika Niobium Project in Malawi.
The Company also participated in the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada ( PDAC ) Convention in Toronto, where management hosted a booth and met with investors, industry participants, strategic partners and government representatives to discuss the development of the Kanyika Project.
Interest from market participants has been strong, reflecting the growing strategic importance of niobium and the need for diversified, conflict-free supply to support demand across advanced manufacturing, aerospace, electronics and defence industries, particularly amid rising geopolitical tensions and increasing defence and strategic technology requirements.

About the Kanyika Niobium Project
The Kanyika Niobium Project is located in central Malawi, approximately 55km northeast of the regional centre of Kasangu. The Project is secured by Large-Scale Mining Licence No. LML0216/21, which grants the Company security of tenure and the right to mine niobium, tantalum, deleterious uranium, Zircon, Hafnium, Praesidium and Neodymium.
Drilling programs totalling 33.8 kilometres of percussion and core drilling have defined the extent of mineralisation. Structured and progressive engineering studies have resulted in the current (JORC 2012) Mineral Resource Estimate (refer below) and given rise to significant improvements and simplifications in the process flowsheet.
The Kanyika Project will be developed in two phases, substantially de-risking the project. The project will be fully integrated on the mine site – Mining, Concentration and Refining, to produce high-purity, high-value Niobium and Tantalum oxides for direct export to foreign markets.
A Mineral Resource Estimate for the Kanyika Niobium Project under the 2012 JORC guidelines was reported to ASX on 11 July 2018 as follows:
