Notice required under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1

Globe Metals & Mining Limited (ASX: GBE) (“Globe” or “Company”) advises that the 2023 Annual General Mee�ng of the Company ( AGM ) will be held on Wednesday, 29 November 2023.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election or re-election of directors. Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 14.3, the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Wednesday, 11 October 2023.
