Prospectus for Arjo AB (publ) published

Getinge's wholly-owned subsidiary Arjo AB (publ) has prepared a prospectus regarding the admission to trading of the company's shares of series B. The prospectus has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Similar to Getinge's shares of series A, Arjo's shares of series A will not be listed.
