Allocation of acquisition cost for shares in connection with Getinge AB's distribution of shares in Arjo AB (publ)

The Swedish Tax Agency has decided that of the acquisition cost for shares in Getinge AB, 83 percent should be attributed to these shares and 17 percent to the received shares in Arjo AB (publ).
