Description
GenusPlus Group Ltd (‘GNP’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 11 December 2020.
Official quotation of GNP’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:00 PM AEDT on Monday, 14 December 2020.
GNP raised $32,810,397 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 6 November 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the transfer of 34,177,497 shares at an issue price of $0.96 per share.
