EARNINGS GUIDANCE UPGRADE

FY2026 Trading update

National essential power and communications infrastructure provider GenusPlus Group Ltd (ASX: GNP) (Genus or the Company) is pleased to announce an increase in its earnings guidance for the FY2026 financial year.

Genus' previous FY2026 guidance as released on 22 January 2026, anticipated growth in normalised FY2026 EBITDA to be circa 35% compared to normalised FY2025 EBITDA of $67.4m. This implied a normalised FY2026 EBITDA of approximately A$91m.

Based on the Company's latest financial performance and market indicators, Genus is now pleased to provide updated guidance for FY2026 as follows:

• Normalised EBITDA between A$96m – A$100m
• Normalised EBIT(A) between A$76m – A$80m (excluding acquisition amortisation)

The updated guidance represents a c.42-48% growth in normalised EBITDA compared to normalised FY2025 EBITDA. Approximately A$2m – A$3m of this EBITDA growth is expected to be derived from the acquisition of Railtrain Holdings Pty Ltd, which completed on 1 April 2026¹.
