National essential power and communications infrastructure provider GenusPlus Group Ltd ( ASX: GNP ) ( GenusPlus or the Company ) is pleased to advise that it has completed the acquisition of Geographe Tree Services Pty Ltd ( GTS ) under the Share Purchase Agreement ( SPA ) announced on 29 November 2024 ( Acquisition ).
The Acquisition brings vegetation management services expertise in-house and complements GenusPlus’ existing broad capabilities in the powerlines related maintenance services sector. The Acquisition was funded through internal cash reserves and is expected to be immediately earnings accretive for GenusPlus.
The Board of the Company has authorised the release of this announcement to the market.
