MARKET UPDATE

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Genus wins design, supply and installation of 33kV overhead lines at the Western Range Project

• Approximately $30 million contract value

• Contract work to commence immediately and estimated to be completed in early 2025

National essential power and communications infrastructure provider GenusPlus Group Ltd (ASX: GNP) (GenusPlus, or the Company) today announced the award of a circa $30 million contract with Rio Tinto (RTIO).

GenusPlus has been contracted for the design, supply and installation of 33kV overhead lines including the installation and termination of buried cables at road crossings; and substations, supply and installation of pole top power transformers at the Western Range project in the Pilbara region of WA, approximately 15 km west of Paraburdoo.

The contract for design, supply and installation of a 33kV overhead lines will commence immediately and is estimated to be completed in early 2025, with Genus’ project workforce comprising approximately 30 personnel.

Tinto through delivery of key transmission & distribution infrastructure.
