Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
In accordance with listing rule 3.13.1, GenusPlus Group Limited (ASX: GNP) (the “ Company ”) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 1:00pm (Perth time) on Monday 28 November 2022 at the offices of Grant Thornton, Level 43, 152-158 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with the Company's Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 17 October 2022, and any nominations must be received at the Company's registered office no later than 5:00pm on that day.
The notice of the AGM will be issued in due course.
