GENUSPLUS GROUP LTD – AGM CHANGE OF ROOM/VENUE
GenusPlus Group Ltd (ASX: GNP, “GenusPlus” or the “Company”) advises a change to the room for the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 28 November 2022 at 1.00pm (WST).
The Annual General Meeting will now be held at:
Melaleuca Room Central Park Conference Centre Ground Floor 152-158 St Georges Terrace Perth, Western Australia
Other than the above, all other details in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting as announced to the ASX on 24 October 2022 remain unchanged.
