Correction to Appendix 3B lodged on 15 June 2004

I refer to the Appendix 3B lodged on 15 June 2004 in respect of the issue of 16,666,667 ordinary GTG shares to the CY O'Connor Erade Village Foundation.

In Section 3 we noted that these shares were subject to a voluntary escrow period for 12 months from 4 December 2004. This was not correct and the correct date should have been 4 December 2003.
