Chief Financial Officer Resignation

Sydney Australia, 6 March 2026: Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG, “Company”, “GTG”) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Mr Jules Grove has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
