Genetic Technologies Limited (the “Company”) – VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, and further to the Company’s current Trading Halt, Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company securities pending an announcement of a proposed capital raising and strategic alliance.
The Company anticipates making the above noted announcement to lift the voluntary suspension prior to market open on 6 February 2018.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
