Change of Chief Executive Officer

Melbourne, Australia; 6 February, 2018 : Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG; NASDAQ: GENE, “Company”, “GTG”), advises that the Board and Mr Eutillio Buccilli have today agreed that Mr Buccilli step down as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

Mr Buccilli commenced with the Company in June 2014 as CFO and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2015. The Board would like to thank Mr Buccilli for his contributions during his time with the company and wishes him all the best for the future.

In the interim, Dr Kasian has been appointed as acting Chief Executive Office, whilst the Company undertakes an executive search for a new chief executive officer.
