Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Melbourne, Australia, 29 September 2023: Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG; NASDAQ: GENE, “Company”, “GTG”), a global leader in genomics-based tests in health, wellness and serious disease, is pleased to advise that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held 22[nd] November 2023. Further details of the meeting will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting to be released in due course.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Company’s constitution, GTG advises that the closing date for director nominations is 12[th] October 2023.
