VESTING AND LAPSE OF FY19 PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

Generation Development Group Limited (ASX: GDG) announces that 245,623 performance rights granted to Non-Executive Chairman Mr Rob Coombe in FY19 have vested, which has resulted in the issue to him today of 245,623 fully paid ordinary shares. 115,499 performance rights held by Mr Coombe have lapsed as the vesting conditions were not satisfied.

An Appendix 2A for the quotation of shares issued and an Appendix 3H for the cessation of performance rights follows.
