Date of 2021 Annual General Meeting

Generation Development Group Limited (ASX:GDG) advises that its 2021 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday, 18 November 2021 at 11am. Details of the AGM will be made available in a Notice of Meeting to be released to the ASX in October 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, and in accordance with GDG’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of directors is Wednesday, 15 September 2021 at 5pm (AEST).
