Austock continues discussions with Intersuisse
Further to its announcement on 19 December 2011, Austock Group Limited (ASX:ACK) advises that discussions with Intersuisse Holdings Pty Ltd (“Intersuisse”) regarding the proposed acquisition of the Austock Securities businesses are continuing.
The exclusivity period granted to Intersuisse will continue until a transaction is finalised or Austock terminates the exclusivity arrangements.
Further information will be provided to the market once negotiations with Intersuisse have concluded.
