Appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Austock Group Limited (ASX:ACK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Travis Butcher as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr Butcher replaces Mr Craig Thompson who, having completed his role in overseeing the disposal of the securities business to Octa Phillip, leaves the Group today to pursue other opportunities.

Mr Butcher joined Austock Group in 2006 and has been Chief Financial Officer of Austock’s Property division since 2008, a role he will continue to hold. Travis has over 14 years financial experience in Australia and overseas, having held roles at Coller Capital, Apax Partners and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

The Board would like to thank Mr Thompson for his outstanding contribution and commitment to Austock over the past 5 years and congratulates Mr Butcher on his new role.
