Cancellation of options
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the cancellation today of 1,200,000 unlisted options over ordinary shares, details of which are as follows:
ASX code Number of options Exercise price Expiry date ACKAS 600,000 $1.2083 31/12/10 ACKAU 600,000 $1.40 31/12/10
These options were cancelled for no consideration.
The remaining number of options on issue is 7,597,440.
