Dear fellow optionholder,

FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO EXERCISE YOUR OPTIONS

We are writing to you again regarding your Future Generation Global Investment Company Limited (FGG) options. We are required by the ASX to send this final notice. Your options have an exercise price of $1.10 and can be exercised before they expire on 15 September 2017. FGG shares are currently trading at $1.105, while FGG options are currently trading at $0.003 (as at 7 August 2017).

Closing price on 7 August 2017 $1.105 Three month high before 7 August 2017 $1.12 (16 June 2017) Three month low before 7 August 2017 $1.04 (8 May 2017)

Your options will expire on 15 September 2017. They will stop trading on the ASX at the close of trading on 11 September 2017. If you do not exercise your options on or before 15 September or sell your options on or before 11 September, they will expire and have no value.

No brokerage costs will be incurred through the exercise of your options.

How do I exercise my options?

To exercise your options, please complete the enclosed options exercise form. Then, together with cheque or BPAY payment, return the exercise form to FGG’s registrar, Boardroom Pty Limited.
