Future Generation Global Board of Directors updates

Future Generation Global (ASX: FGG) today announces the retirement of Directors Geoffrey Raymond Wilson and Sarah Morgan effective 20 May 2026.

Sarah Morgan and Geoffrey Raymond Wilson have served on the Board for ten and seven years respectively and have decided to not stand for re-election as Directors at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Geoff Wilson AO, Founder and Director of the Future Generation companies and Chairman of Wilson Asset Management said: "Since joining the Board in 2015, shortly after Future Generation Global was founded, Ms Morgan has made an enduring contribution to our growth and success. For more than a decade, Ms Morgan has brought strong financial expertise to Board decision and has played an important role in shaping the Company through its early years and subsequent growth. On behalf of the Board and our shareholders, I thank Ms Morgan for her contribution."

Jennifer Westacott AC, Chair of Future Generation Global, said: "Since joining the Board in 2019, Mr Wilson has made a strong contribution to the Company. As the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), he has been generous with his experience and time and has supported the Company's investment and social impact objectives. On behalf of our shareholders and portfolio of social impact partners, I thank Mr Wilson for his service and commitment as a Director. His contribution has helped us to deliver meaningful social impact alongside long-term investment returns."

Adelaide McDonald, Director of Future Generation Global and MDH, will be appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), and Hanna Ebeling, our new Director of Future Generation Global and CEO of Sefa, will join the ARC. Both ARC appointments are effective 20 May 2026.

Ms McDonald is a valued Future Generation Global Director who has more than 17 years of experience in corporate advisory and equity research, with significant expertise in listed investment companies. Her previous roles include director in the mergers and acquisitions practice at KPMG. Ms McDonald has completed the CFA Program and holds the CFA Charter, and has served as a Director of Future Generation Global since February 2025.

Hanna Ebeling

Hanna Ebeling is CEO at Sefa, providing flexible finance and tailored advice for impact-led organisations to grow, build resilience, and create sustainable change. From traditional banking with HSBC to venture philanthropy in the Philippines, Hanna brings a global practice lens. Her passions include blended finance in partnership with foundations, community-led enterprises, and groundbreaking housing models. She is on the board of social enterprise at Vanguard Laundry, and as a former and current member of government and sector reference groups contributes to improving for-purpose collaborations between government, philanthropy and the private sector. Hanna holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, is a CFA charter holder and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Adelaide McDonald

Adelaide McDonald has over 17 years' experience in corporate advisory and equity research and has extensive listed investment company experience. Adelaide has held roles as a director at KPMG in the mergers and acquisitions practice, alongside roles at Wilson HTM and BDO. Adelaide graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Commerce, with majors in Accounting and Finance, and a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Business Economics. Adelaide has completed the CFA Program and has been awarded the CFA Charter. Adelaide has been a Director of the Company since February 2025.
