Future Generation Global appoints Director Hanna Ebeling
Future Generation Global (ASX: FGG) today announces that Hanna Ebeling will join the Company’s Board of Directors as an independent Director, effective 25 March 2026.
Ms Ebeling has extensive experience in the not-for-profit and finance sectors. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Social Enterprise Finance Australia (Sefa), a leading Australian impact investment intermediary that provides funding and support to social enterprises and purposedriven organisations. Since 2019, Ms Ebeling has led Sefa, aligning its financial and charitable activities under a shared strategy and enabling the organisation to provide flexible finance and tailored support to impact led organisations.
Ms Ebeling’s experience structuring scalable capital solutions for impact organisations will support the Board’s focus on long-term investment performance, sustainable growth in funds under management and enhance shareholder value.

Prior to her executive leadership, Ms Ebeling held senior roles in impact investing at LGT Venture Philanthropy, supporting social enterprises in Southeast Asia, and in global private banking at HSBC, gaining expertise in investment management, client advisory, and structured finance.
Ms Ebeling serves on the Board of Vanguard Laundry, an Australian social enterprise providing employment pathways for people facing barriers to work, and until November 2025 was on the Board of Woodville Alliance, a Western Sydney community organisation supporting disability, early learning, and family services, demonstrating her commitment to using finance to drive social impact. She is also a CFA charter holder.

Hanna Ebeling
Hanna Ebeling is CEO at Sefa, providing flexible finance and tailored advice for impact-led organisations to grow, build resilience, and create sustainable change. From traditional banking with HSBC to venture philanthropy in the Philippines, Hanna brings a global practice lens to Sefa. Her passions include blended finance in partnership with foundations, community-led enterprises, and ground-breaking housing models. She is on the board of social enterprise Vanguard Laundry, and as a former and current member of government and sector reference groups contributes to improving forpurpose collaborations between government, philanthropy and the private sector.
Hanna holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, is a CFA charter holder and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
