Future Generation Global appoints Joint Company Secretary Sandra McIntosh

Future Generation Global (ASX: FGG) today announces the appointment of Sandra McIntosh as Joint Company Secretary. Sandra is Corporate Governance Manager of Acclime Corporate Services Australia and an accomplished Company Secretary. She has over 16 years’ experience working with Boards of ASX listed, unlisted, private and not-for-profit companies.

The appointment follows the resignation of Mark Licciardo as Joint Company Secretary, effective 31 March 2026. The Company’s incumbent Company Secretary, Jesse Hamilton, will continue to serve the Company as Joint Company Secretary. This announcement has been authorised by the Board of Future Generation Global Limited.
