Dear Sir/Madam
Correction to Notice of Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder – AIX
On 22 July 2008, BT Investment Management Limited (BTT) lodged a Notice of Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder in relation to Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited (AIX) (“the Notice”).
The Notice was lodged in error. BTT has not ceased being a substantial shareholder of AIX.
The transactions set out in the Notice were correctly described, but do not constitute a movement of 1% or more in the holdings by Westpac Banking Corporation (WBC) and its associates (including BTT) since the prior notice of initial substantial holder was lodged with the ASX on 23 June 2008. Therefore neither a change nor a ceasing to be a substantial shareholder notice should have been lodged in relation to WBC and BTT’s holding in AIX.
Yours faithfully
