Future Generation Australia Limited (Future Generation Australia or the Company) notes the late lodgement of the Appendix 3Z in relation to the retirement of Mike Baird AO, effective 1 May 2026. The Appendix 3Z for Mr Baird's final Director's interest notice has been lodged outside of the time period required by Listing Rule 3.19A.3.

The Company advises that the Appendix 3Z was lodged late due to an administrative oversight.

The Company took immediate action to complete and lodge the Appendix 3Z as soon as it became aware of the oversight.

The Company and Board of Directors are aware of the requirements under the ASX Listing Rules, and the Company considers this an isolated incident due to an administrative oversight.
