Please find enclosed three Appendices 3Z in accordance with Listing Rule 3.19A effective from the close of the AIX General Meeting on 8 October 2013, for the following directors: Paul Espie, John Harvey and Mike Hutchinson.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16, Jane Frawley and Jefferson Petch will retire as company secretaries of AIX effective from the close of business 8 October 2013.

Following the General Meeting of shareholders today, and as set out in the previous announcement, the following directors have been appointed to the board of Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited, effective from the close of the AIX General Meeting today: Gabriel Radzyminski, Paul Jensen and Jonathan Trollip. Mark Licciardo has been appointed the company secretary, effective 9 October 2013.
