The Company confirms that none of its securities are subject to escrow.
Capital structure
Following the consolidation and issue of securities under the Prospectus, the Company has 183,653,409 fully paid ordinary shares on issue and 181,818,182 options on issue.
Compliance with ASX Listing Rules
The Company confirms that it is in compliance with the ASX Listing Rules and in particular listing rule 3.1.
