Transaction with the Future Fund
AIX notes press reports today regarding correspondence that it has received, in which AustralianSuper alleges that the proposed sale by AIX of its interests in Perth Airport is in breach of the relevant shareholders’ agreements.
AIX considers it has complied with the shareholders’ agreements for Perth Airport and accordingly, intends to proceed with the sale of its interests as described in the Explanatory Booklet dated 7 December 2012.
