AIX completes the divestment of its 35 percent interest in Port of Geelong

Australian Infrastructure Fund (AIX) today announced that it had completed the divestment of its 35 percent equity interest in the Port of Geelong. Completion occurred on 29 February 2012, as anticipated in AIX’s announcement of 20 February 2012.

Following the divestment of the Port of Geelong, airports comprise 96 percent of the AIX portfolio by value.
