Change of Company Secretary
Future Generation Investment Company Limited (ASX: FGX) is pleased to advise in accordance with the change in Board composition announced earlier today, that following the appointment of Kate Thorley as a director of the Company, she will hand over her role as Company Secretary to Sarah Maddox, currently General Manager of Operations at Wilson Asset Management.
The change is effective immediately.
Mark Licciardo of Mertons Corporate Services remains a joint Company Secretary.
