Transition progress update

The Directors of Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited (the “Company”) wish to provide the following update on the activities of the new Board.

Mr Jonathan Trollip has been appointed the Company’s new Chairman as the transition from the Hastings management nears completion. A further distribution to shareholders of 0.81 cents per share, as approved by shareholders at the EGM on 8 October 2013, was made on 22 October 2013.

As soon as is practicable and currently anticipated to be by mid November 2013, the new board will provide further information to shareholders on the current NTA and proposed post restructure activities which may include an off-market equal access buy-back proposal and details of any potential new business proposals.

The Company, which is required to hold its Annual General Meeting by 30 November 2013, has applied to ASIC for an extension to hold this this meeting at a later date. As soon as a decision is reached on this matter shareholders will be advised accordingly.
