Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited & Hastings Funds Management Limited – change of directors and company secretary

The Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited (AIFL) and Hastings Funds Management Limited (Hastings) the responsible entity of the Australian Infrastructure Fund, today announced changes to the composition of the AIFL and Hastings Boards.

The Chairman of Hastings, Alan Cameron, said that from today, Alan Freer, who is acting as the Hastings Chief Executive, has been appointed a director of Hastings. He also announced that Victoria Poole, Corporate Counsel – Customers at Westpac Banking Corporation, has been appointed a director of Hastings, following the resignation from the Board of Les Vance.

The Chairman of AIFL, Mr Paul Espie announced that from today, Steve Boulton has resigned from the AIFL and Hastings Boards and that Nick Burrell has also resigned as Company Secretary of AIFL and Hastings. Jane Frawley continues as a Company Secretary of AIFL and Hastings.
