Appointment of Company Secretary
The Boards of Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited (AIFL) and Hastings Funds Management Limited (HFML) as Responsible Entity for AIX today announced that Jefferson Petch has been appointed as Company Secretary of both AIFL and HFML. Jane Frawley continues as joint Company Secretary for HFML and AIFL.
