Hastings Funds Management Limited – change of director
Hastings Funds Management Limited (Hastings) as responsible entity of the Australian Infrastructure Fund Trust and manager of Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited (together, AIX) today announced changes to the composition of the Hastings Board.
The Chairman of Hastings Alan Cameron AO, said that effective today, the Hastings’ Chief Executive Andrew Day has been appointed a director of Hastings to replace Alan Freer, who has resigned from the Board.
