Reference is made to the announcement by Frontline Ltd. (“Frontline” or the “Company”) of the Company’s grant of share options to members of the Board of Directors and management on July 06, 2016 and the Mandatory Notification of Trade on July 02, 2021. In this connection, Frontline has issued 339,000 ordinary shares on July 02, 2021. Following such issuance, Frontline has an issued share capital of USD 198,031,321 divided into 198,031,321 ordinary shares.
